Various Ceremony Only Packages are available at the Gardens. For this wedding, our
couple chose to add a sand ceremony to their traditional ring exchange ceremony   
 
Ceremony Plus Buffet Reception Packages are also available. This couple chose a
package to include a small lower deck reception ( up to 30 people), with food buffet indoors.

Complete Wedding Packages for your Smoky Mountains, Tennessee Wedding at Rosewood Gardens:

ur coordinator will gladly work with you to arrange a wedding that best suits your requirements and budget.  All packages include a photo session at the gardens with our
professional photographer.   Our policy is to keep packages quite simple, which doesn't force you to pay for items that you don't need, or for those items that you may prefer to
provide for yourself.  All packages can be
fully customized with a variety of  add ons (see list below) and our event planner will quote.   If preferred, you may bring along your
own minster.  Whether purchasing a package or just renting our venue, you will have exclusive use of all the gardens and facilities for the duration of your wedding.    Extra time
at the Gardens can be purchased.     Please also take a look at our "Facilities" and "Guidelines Sections" prior to booking.   For 2012, the Gardens are available for weddings
from April through mid October.   Ideally, we set a maximum of no more than 75 guests for weddings, although if a considerable amount of car pooling is exercised, or shuttle
buses are used, we will extend this up to 100 if requested.     We include back up chapel arrangements in case of rain (not available on Wednesday evenings and Sundays).   
Please note:   Tennessee state and local sales and service taxes of 9 3/4% are not included in prices shown below   and will be added to the final total of any package or
venue rental.

    wedding - especially in our lovely garden setting.

The Ultimate  in Outdoor Weddings!   
All inclusive  package for up to 70 people, includes dance floor & D.J.
Please Note:  Tents & tent receptions form part of our own full service wedding packages (shown below), and are not offered in our
"venue rental only" arrangements, or for use by other wedding service providers who rent our facilities.  Because we need to minimize
the potential damage to the Garden by overuse, a large tent will be limited to the "Garden Party" Packages only, and cannot be used as
an "add on" for other packages.

    Additional Information - Reservation Procedure
When once you indicate that you wish to go ahead and book your wedding here, then we will email a detailed Agreement, which will also outline our
cancellation, rain event and rescheduling policy. The signed Agreement (signature page only), should be mailed back to us, along with a  deposit
check  
for 25% of total package or venue rental, whichever is applicable, to reserve date and time ( minimum deposit -$100). Check made payable to
"Rosewood Gardens" . Typically most wedding facilities will not refund deposits should a wedding get cancelled, and we are no exception, although we
have no problem in rescheduling your wedding.  Those points are referenced in detail in the Agreement.   Balance must be paid no later than 30 days
prior to wedding date. Balance may be paid by check, cash, money order or credit card.    
9 3/4%  state and local sales/service taxes will be added to
final total of any package or venue rental cost and final cost will be reflected in Agreement.  Final guest count can be amended prior to the balance due
date, and if that results in a fee increase, or decrease, then the necessary adjustment will be made at that time.
