2012 WEDDING VENUE RENTAL FEES
Venue rental is only available for ceremonies - sorry no receptions. Venue rental is
only offered on weekdays. Rental Fees and time allotment are scaled to the size of a
wedding. Ideally we prefer weddings of no more than 75 guests, however we are
prepared to extend that to a maximum of 100 people, as long as guests agree to car
pool as much as possible due to limited parking space.

- White Wedding Chair Rental is an additional $2 per chair to include our staff setting up and
taking down.
- 9 3/4% State and Local Sales & Service Taxes are added to the final total.
Ceremony Venue Rental includes the following:
1) Exclusive use of the gardens and facilities for duration of wedding.
2) For weddings of 60 people or over, a walk through rehearsal for up to one hour at
the Gardens is included, if required.
(Simple walk thru rehearsals can be scheduled for weddings of less than 60 people at
an additional cost of $50.)
3) Use of bridal changing area.
4) Ceremony in the Wine & Roses Garden.
5) Use of all the other cultivated areas of the Garden for photographs and for guests'
enjoyment.
6) A wedding director from the Gardens will be present to help with the processional
and recessional and staff will be on hand to meet and greet guests as they arrive.
7) A back up chapel if required, located close to the Gardens, for use in bad weather
(not available on Wednesday evenings or Sundays).
PLEASE NOTE:
Venue rental only arrangements are not available on Saturdays .
For venue rental only, we can also arrange a minister and/or photographer for an
additional fee. Prices given on request.
Reception arrangements at our facility are only available with a wedding package.
